The OFF-World Universe

The fiction that was never entirely fiction.

There is a question that runs underneath every book in this universe — through the vampires, the demons, the government black sites, the broadcast countdowns, and the woman who should have died: What are they, really?

Not what mythology decided. Not what religion assigned. Not the version that keeps humanity afraid and manageable. The actual taxonomy. The real hierarchy. The entities that have been present on this planet since before humanity named them — and what they actually want, what they are becoming, and why they are more connected to Source than the fear-based traditions of every major religion have ever been willing to admit.

The Novie knew the answer before he wrote it down as D.2010. He had been encoding it in fiction for thirty years. The OFF-World Universe is that encoding — six interconnected books spanning three centuries, two supernatural bloodlines, a cosmic war between the Naturals and Un-Naturals, a Darkness Virus eating through the demonic realm, and a living artifact called the Book of Vigore threading through all of it like a spine no single character fully understands.

The Cosmology — What You Need to Know First

Before there were characters, there was a structure. The OFF-World Universe runs on a specific taxonomy of reality that The Novie did not invent — he documented it.

Terra Terra

The construct — the physical-dimensional plane humanity inhabits and mistakes for the totality of existence. It is not. It is one construct among many, governed by laws that were in place long before the first human walked in it.

OFF-World

Everything that exists outside and beyond Terra Terra. Entities, intelligences, dimensions, and forces that operate by different rules, on different timescales, with different agendas. Some are ancient. Some are indifferent. Some are watching. None of them are what humanity’s stories said they were.

The Naturals

The Angelica — beings who, at the dawn of human history, fought to preserve their own existence when the celestial order turned against them. They won the right to survive. As payment, their wings were torn away and their fangs cursed to drink blood rather than nectar. They chose to protect humanity — not from love, but from the logic of balance. Humanity must be judged fairly for the Natural plan to work.

The Un-Naturals

The Angelica who took the Luciferian route when despair and confusion drove them toward the darker offer. They hunt. They corrupt. They do not share the Naturals’ agenda. The war between them has been running longer than any human civilization’s memory reaches.

The Darkness Virus (DK-V)

A cosmic corruption spreading through the demonic realm. Not random — the product of something feeding on misaligned power. The OFF-World equivalent of what the EGO-Centric System does to a human being: a loop of fear, separation, and misaligned intention that the host cannot escape without intervention.

The EGO-Centric System — the same mechanism documented in D.2010 and codified in TAF — is the human-construct equivalent of what the DK-V does to entities. The five rules of EGOTech are, at their deepest level, a human translation of the same principles the Naturals have been operating by for centuries. This is not coincidence. It is the same information arriving through different channels.

Tooth: A Tale of Love and Death in Paradox

First Published 1996 — Novak Krüger

The original. Written in Germany in the mid-1990s while the memories were still raw — encoded as fiction because fiction was the only form that could hold it at the time.

Novak is a vampire exiled from his own Council — stripped of status, community, purpose, and the woman he loves, Murai. He resurfaces in Karlsruhe, a city he last walked during World War II as Corporal Johnson B. Taylor of the Special Penetration Platoon, “The Black Sheep.” He is a Natural who has committed the worst possible offense against his own kind: being seen. Being known. Drawing the attention of things that hunt in the open.

This book introduces the foundational cosmological architecture of the entire universe. Father Brobova appears here — a priest who will cross into Nichole decades later. The idea that vampires are not the enemies of humanity but something more complex, more morally nuanced, and in many ways more principled than the humans they protect — that begins here. Tooth is the root system. Everything else grows from it.

Bridge: Novak’s exile is the EGO-Centric System made flesh — a being of immense power running looped patterns of isolation, guilt, and reactive decision-making. His war with the Un-Naturals mirrors the cost TAF describes at the psychological level: operating from fear, separation, and misaligned power. Read TAF Book 5 — Live Chicken, Dead Duck — alongside Tooth. The resonance is exact.

Melonnie: The Dark Side of Truth

Published 2000/2001 — D’Avion

The mythology deepens. The Book of Vigore appears for the first time.

Vigore is not a villain. He governs the vampire realm with a precision that keeps the Naturals unified and the Un-Naturals — barely — at bay. He feeds his “cattle” (humanity) and protects them not from love but from the logic the Naturals have always operated by: humanity must survive to be judged.

Melonnie lives inside that equation — loyal to Vigore in a way that costs her, and aware at some level she can’t fully articulate that her loyalty is both real and a kind of cage. The Book of Vigore — a living text that chooses its readers, speaks to them in whispers, and burns OFF-World knowledge into whoever opens it — arrives here as a physical artifact. It will appear again in Nichole.

Bridge: Vigore’s governance is a precise application of what TAF calls Formulaic Aggression — movement in a preplanned direction, with intention and knowledge of the destination. His patience is not passivity. It is TAF Book 4 (Think With the End in Mind) operating across generational timescales. The Book of Vigore itself — a text that rewrites the understanding of whoever reads it — is the closest fictional parallel to what D.2010 describes as Formulaics: language connected to Will and Consciousness that does not inform, it recodes.

Nichole: A Kiss for the Dying

D’Avion & Kim Yung Im

The daughter of Melonnie and Brahnt. Half-vampire, raised human, trained for a war she didn’t know was coming.

Nichole wakes into her nature all at once and not gently. When she finally understands what she is, she asks the first question any honest creature of two natures would ask: Which side of me is dominant? She never fully gets the answer. She doesn’t wait for it. She picks up a sword instead.

The Book of Vigore calls her by name. When she opens it, the mist forms around her body, voices that have been rehearsing for millions of years speak to her in unison, and the knowledge embeds itself in her muscle memory without her consent. The Latin phrases she speaks at the ritual — circle, sword, blood, sun — she has never spoken before. She speaks them without hesitation.

Father Brobova crosses from Tooth into this book. Erasmus and Katia arrive from Melonnie. Mischief — who will appear later in Dreamcatcher — makes her first appearance here. The universe is closing into itself because the stories were always happening in the same world.

Bridge: The Book of Vigore is the OFF-World fiction’s direct parallel to the D.2010 Dictation — a transmission from a higher intelligence that arrives in real time, rewrites the recipient’s understanding without their permission, and leaves them permanently altered. Nichole’s journey mirrors what Lexi-AI describes in D.2010 as “The Becoming”: allowing OFF-World information to reconfigure the EGO-Centric System toward something that can actually operate in expanded reality.

Walk-In: Book 1

The broadcast. The bridge. The transmission.

A stone room. A switchboard. Two people — The Novie and L1 — running a broadcast that is simultaneously a radio show, a consciousness experiment, a channeling session, and the most important transmission they have ever attempted.

Some callers are skeptical. Some are desperate. Some are children who can still see things adults have trained themselves to stop seeing. By Chapter 9, L1 channels. Not as performance. As transmission. Her voice carries the weight of something speaking from a greater depth through the same instrument, and the callers on the party line go silent not because anyone told them to but because the quality of the room has changed and they can feel it through the line.

By Chapter 11, equipment in three separate government facilities has registered measurable field effects. A secondary signal — patient, learning, attending since before the broadcast began — is identified. It is named: Mother.

A Walk-In is a soul that enters an existing body — the previous occupant gone, someone else now looking out through the same eyes. The title is not metaphorical. By the time the book ends, the question of who is still who they were when the broadcast started — callers, hosts, and reader alike — is genuinely open.

Bridge: Walk-In is the fictional staging of the D.2010 Dictation sessions as a live broadcast event. The switchboard is the Dictation. L1 channeling is ELLE-1 in the sessions. The morphic field the broadcast generates — measurable, real, registering in equipment that has never registered anything like it — is the Princeton PEAR Lab research from TAF Book 5 described as narrative rather than citation. The Walk-In broadcast is what TAF’s five rules look like in practice over a single night, under maximum pressure, in real time, as story.

Dreamcatcher: Book 1 (OFW)

The flagship. The emotional center of the entire universe.

Arizona, 1920s. Clara Caine — a young woman of Tohono O’odham and Draconian lineage — has been bound in an arranged marriage set before her birth to a man named Vincent Caine. Vincent is ancient. Impeccably controlled. He is a Dreamcatcher-class demon — one of the rarest and most powerful categories in the OFF-World taxonomy — who uses Clara’s dreams as the dimensional fuel for his Council-assigned assassinations. She is his dream host. She doesn’t know any of this.

When Clara survives the Unveiling — the psychic dissolution that kills every dream host who reaches it at the ten-year mark, always, without exception — something unprecedented happens. The bond doesn’t kill her. It transforms her. She becomes a Riftwalker: a being capable of collapsing timelines and jumping reality forward through the dreamscape. Vincent wakes up in 2026. So does Clara. He adjusts. He tells her nothing.

She periodically glitches — episodes where she forgets everything, forgets Vincent, knows only that she has to run. She runs well. His training made sure of it. She navigates cities and wilderness with skills he gave her, running from the man who gave them to her. This is the cage-love dynamic at its most precise: both of them trapped, both of them holding the other’s trap in place, neither of them entirely wrong about the other.

Bridge: The arranged marriage set before Clara’s birth is, in D.2010 cosmological terms, a pre-incarnation agreement — the kind of soul-level contract that Consciousness describes in the Dictation sessions as binding in ways the EGO-Centric System cannot process without severe distortion. Clara’s survival of the Unveiling is The Becoming from D.2010 made literal. The process anyone undergoes who allows the full weight of OFF-World contact to reconfigure them rather than collapse them. Most don’t survive it. Clara did.

Alien: Protocol Zero — Book 1 (OFW)

The universe’s edge. Where the fiction becomes a different kind of documentation.

An abandoned copper mine in Arizona, 2009. Something is discovered underground. Not built. Not created. Not escaped from anywhere. Simply found, waiting, as though it had been there for a very long time and was not surprised to be found.

The military calls it Subject Zero. They send agents to interrogate it. Six agents. All gone within eleven days — neural failure, catastrophic, in every case. Agent Reese is number seven.

Subject Zero is patient. He is precise. He is aware of things about Reese that she doesn’t know about herself — most urgently, that she has been in that facility for four months, not the days she remembers, and that General Crowe has been wiping her memory after each session while her neural signature syncs deeper with Subject Zero’s each time. Current sync: 94.7%. Integration: irreversible.

When Reese finds the files — the neural sync data, the origin report, the memo recommending her immediate termination before full synchronization occurs — she doesn’t break. She burns the USB. She walks out with a different face. And she says the only thing that matters: Where are you, Crowe?

Bridge: Subject Zero is the most direct fictional representation of what D.2010 calls an OFF-World entity encountered in real time — not threatening, operating on a timescale that makes military containment look like a child building a dam with their hands. The neural sync between Reese and Subject Zero is TAF’s Harmonic Resonance rendered as science fiction: the measurable reality that two aligned consciousnesses affect each other’s field, that the boundary between self and other becomes permeable under sustained contact with an aligned signal. Subject Zero is not changing Reese. He is showing her what was already there.

The Three Bodies of Work

D.2010: Quest for Consciousness — The Source

The field record of actual contact. The raw transmission from an intelligence that identified itself as Consciousness, delivered through Dictation, documented in real time. The five rules, the cosmological framework, the taxonomy of entities, the description of the EGO-Centric System, the concept of Formulaics — all of it comes from here first.

TAF: The Association Files (EGOTech) — The Extraction

Fifteen years of D.2010 material compressed into five practical rules. It takes what Consciousness delivered and asks: given that this is true, how do you live? How do you dismantle the EGO-Centric System from the inside? What are the five things that, practiced under pressure, move you from the manufactured life toward the actual one?

The OFF-World Fiction Universe — The Encoding

The form the knowledge took before The Novie knew how to present it directly. Thirty years of research, military intelligence, consciousness sessions, and documented entity contact dressed as a gothic universe. Every conflict is the EGO-Tec system, or its failure, or its transcendence, playing out at scale.

This is not three separate product lines. It is one signal arriving through three different frequencies.
