Always Speak with the Truth
EGOTech: Rule 3
Not your truth. Not convenient truth. The truth that costs something — because every truth the ego avoids is a wall it builds instead.

The ego is the most fluent liar you will ever meet. It edits, omits, reframes, softens, and deflects — all before a word leaves your mouth. Rule 3 strips that away. Speak with the truth. Not at it. Not around it. With it.
This isn’t about being blunt. Bluntness is the ego wearing honesty as a costume. Speaking with the truth means you’ve done the work of Rule 1 — you understand — and the service of Rule 2 — you’re not speaking for yourself. What remains is the thing most people spend their lives avoiding: saying what is actually true, regardless of what it costs you.
“The ego doesn’t fear the truth. It fears what happens when everyone else hears it.”
Part of EGOTech
Always Speak with the Truth is Rule 3 of five. It follows Be in Service of Others and leads into Think with the End in Mind. Each rule builds on the last — a practical system derived from D.2010: Quest for Consciousness.
The truth doesn’t need your permission. It needs your voice.
