Daydreaming, lack of focus, poor time management. Some say this is something that comes from anything ranging from poor eating habits, lack of exercise, and stress. Let’s explore another root cause: unchecked thoughts.

As discussed before, thoughts, words, and actions are the key ingredients for creation on a personal to mass scale. However, it seems one of the most important ingredients, thought, tends to be the one thing we as people tend to least! Here we give new meaning to the phrase "letting your thoughts run away with you" and explore the ways that people can take back control of their thoughts to improve their outlook on life.
